Terms of service

A pack is a purchase of merchandise with a randomised outcome, not a wager and not an investment. Every pack resolves to one physical item held in our vault. You receive a token representing a claim on that specific item.

Face values shown are our stated retail value of the item. They are not a promise of resale value, and nothing on this site should be read as a prediction that any item will hold, gain or recover value.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement where you live. You are responsible for whether buying randomised-outcome merchandise is permitted in your jurisdiction. We may refuse or reverse a sale, and may decline to ship to any territory we cannot lawfully or practically serve.

The odds for every tier are sealed in the pack contract before any pack is sold, and can be read directly from it on-chain. We cannot alter a sealed weight. Outcomes are drawn from a hash chain committed in advance, as described in the docs. Adding inventory to an existing item does not change any published probability.

Purchases settle in USDG on Robinhood Chain. Onchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed by us. You are responsible for network fees, for the security of your own wallet, and for sending from an address you control. We cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address or a lost wallet.

For 10 minutes after a pull you may sell an eligible item back at the rate frozen onto that token at mint. The swap is best-effort within that window: it is paid from a treasury with a daily cap, and if the cap is reached or the window closes, the offer is no longer available. Grails carry no swap.

Burning a token queues the physical item for shipping and charges a fee of $60 in USDG, or $100 for a grail. Burning is irreversible. Once burned, the token cannot be restored, swapped or sold.

You must give accurate delivery details. We ship to the address you provide and cannot change it after the burn, because it is encrypted at submission and we cannot read or edit it. Delivery times vary by destination and customs; import duties and taxes are yours to pay.

Items damaged in transit or shipped in error will be replaced or refunded where you tell us within a reasonable period of delivery. This does not affect any statutory rights you have where you live.

Shard credit is a non-monetary balance for use on this site. It has no cash value, cannot be converted back to USDG or any other currency, cannot be transferred, and may expire when a series closes.

A series may be closed once its inventory is drawn down. Items marked evergreen stay redeemable indefinitely. Limited items — including grails — must be redeemed within one year of the series closing, after which the physical claim lapses.

Do not attempt to manipulate outcomes, exploit a bug rather than reporting it, automate purchases to exhaust inventory, or interfere with the site or its contracts. We may suspend access to the site for any of these, though we cannot and do not claim the ability to seize tokens you already hold.

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the resale value of any item, or for failures of the underlying blockchain, wallet software or network. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these terms; sealed odds and the rate frozen on an existing token are never changed retroactively. Reach us on @thegachahood, quoting your order reference where you have one.
